Hey there, my name is Husam Hayali, and I want to share my journey with you.

English is my second language, and I was born in Iraq, but I moved to the U.S. after the war in 2003.

My family and I settled in San Diego, where I was exposed to a diverse culture and fell in love with fitness, sports, and all things physical.

This passion drove me to attend San Diego State University, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology.

But my thirst for knowledae didn't stop there.

I went on to get my Personal Training Certification and specialized in Performance Enhancement, Group Personal Training, and Corrective Exercise with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I approach training from the "inside-out," focusing on improving posture, strengthening the core, and stabilizing muscles to bring my clients into better alignment. As I ventured into the online world in 2020, | added nutrition coaching to my arsenal.

Now, I don't just help people build stronger bodies; I guide them in fighting fat and maintaining it with the Metabolic Priming method.
